High noon for natural gas
I agree with Julian Darley ideologically, especially when he says that the Oil-based "civilization" sucks and makes people unhappy and isolated. Yet I was expecting the book to go more in-depth in the topic of natural gas depletion, with some interview of key specialists of the field... in this sense "The Last Oil Shock" is a much more complete and detailed book.
On the whole, not a recommended reading: if you have already read Richard Heinberg's books then you already know most of the story.

Powerdown
Intriguing book on the options we have for a soft landing on the fossil fuel crisis.

Peak Everything
Good book, but not as good as the others from Richard. Many concepts were already explained in his other books.
